Job summary

Alpinestars in Asolo is seeking an Electronics Project Leader Engineer to lead product development within the Electronics Department. You will define project objectives, manage timelines, and ensure quality and reliability of electronics hardware for motorsports apparel and protection products.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, plan purchasing, handle briefs, generate progress reports and push innovative components while ensuring compliance with CE/FCC standards and BLE/Wi-Fi

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electronics and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in Project Management in Automotive, Motorsports or Sporting Goods with electronics focus.
• Strong knowledge of Product Development processes and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Gantt Project Software or MS Project.
• Basic knowledge of Embedded C firmware and process monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of PCB hardware and CE/FCC certification for BLE/Wi‑Fi modules.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English; Alpinestars uses English as the working language.

Responsibilities

• Define the Gantt project and lead execution, deliverables and timelines.
• Collect project briefs and supervise task assignment within the team.
• Plan and manage purchasing activities for project development.
• Generate reports and provide feedback to teams and management.
• Support development of innovative product components and technical solutions.
• Anticipate blockers and recommend solutions to keep development on track.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
