Evotec WD seeks a Research Expert to lead Early Pharmaceutics projects from Discovery through early Development. You will define formulation and biopharmaceutics strategies, interpret data, and support progression of innovative molecules toward clinical development.

You will mentor scientists, promote best practices and foster innovation within the group, collaborating closely with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK and Analytical Development teams.

Competenze

• PhD (preferred) or MSc/equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy or related field.
• 8–10 years of industrial experience in early pharmaceutical development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary pharmaceutical development projects within a customer-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Lead multidisciplinary customer projects from Discovery through Candidate Nomination and early Development.
• Define formulation and biopharmaceutics strategies based on API properties and project objectives.
• Apply analytical, physicochemical and formulation expertise to design and evaluate formulation approaches.
• Collaborate with Discovery and Development teams to translate data into robust development strategies.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for customers, supporting discussions and proposal development.
• Lead project execution, mentor junior scientists and promote scientific excellence.
