Terna Group is seeking a Digital Construction & BIM Specialist at our Rome hub to drive digitalization in design and construction of facilities. You will coordinate requirements, lead pilot projects, monitor BIM applications, and gather user feedback to enable progressive adoption of new tools.

The role emphasizes governance, data analysis basics, and strong English communication within a complex, international energy context. A structured smart working model may apply.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes in Infrastructure and Industrial Plants.
• Experience in digitalization projects within the engineering & construction sector.
• Experience in governance, strategy, and monitoring of highly complex projects.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting software/systems.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent management and communication abilities.

• Analyze processes to integrate digital technologies into design and construction.
• Coordinate working groups to define requirements for digital solutions.
• Lead pilot projects, gather feedback, and implement preparatory actions for full adoption of new apps.
• Oversee operational applications: monitor usage via reports/dashboards, verify data entry/updates, collect input for new features.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet identified needs.
• Develop strategies, analyze and optimize BIM processes, and support the use of new tools.
