Techproject S.r.l. seeks a BIM design professional to contribute to building and infrastructure projects in Italy and abroad. You will develop ARC, STR, and MEP models and coordinate interdisciplinary work, delivering documentation to support design phases.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering or architecture degree and BIM certification per UNI 11337, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. In-person work in Rome is offered.

Competenze

• BIM Specialist certification in accordance with UNI 11337.
• Organizational skills and autonomy in managing tasks.
• Problem-solving aptitude and flexibility in multidisciplinary projects.

About Us

We are an engineering firm based in Rome, specializing in the design of buildings and infrastructure projects both nationally and internationally, with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.

The Role

We are seeking a professional to join our BIM design team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• BIM design of buildings and infrastructure projects in Italy and abroad;
• development of models in the ARC, STR, and MEP disciplines;
• coordination of models and verification of interdisciplinary consistency;
• production of documents to support the various design phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering and/or Architecture;
• BIM Specialist certification in accordance with UNI 11337;
• organizational skills and autonomy in managing assigned tasks;
• problem-solving aptitude and flexibility in tackling diverse projects;
• willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team.
