Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design and implement cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for AI-enabled Expert Solutions. You will mentor a team, drive DevSecOps adoption, and ensure high reliability across Azure and AWS environments.

You will collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable, secure systems, apply SRE principles, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple squads. A strong emphasis on automation and governance runs throughout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or software engineering.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and scalable secure solutions.
• Experience with IaC tooling (Terraform preferred) and automation.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to boost productivity.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS.
• Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve release cadence.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and lead technical decision-making.
• Embed security-by-design across the SDLC and apply SRE principles.
• Lead incident resolution and post-mortem analysis for reliability.
