Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and reports with timely, coordinated responses.
• Coordinate containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Draft and manage 8D reports and PPAP documentation.
• Monitor Customer Quality KPIs and support internal audits.
