Job summary

Easypeasy is seeking a Language Learning Advisor to guide prospective students through discovery calls, assess English level, and support onboarding.

This full-time, remote role offers growth in a fast-paced, international environment, with performance-based bonuses and ongoing training.

You will create reports, meet enrollment targets, and collaborate with the founding team to drive continuous improvement in our learning platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2).
• Experience in discovery calls and onboarding processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects to assess English level.
• Guide potential students through onboarding to ensure a positive experience.

REQUIRED: Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2). Other languages are a plus.

• Conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects throughout the working schedule, understanding their needs and assessing their English level
• Guide potential students through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience
• Achieve assigned targets, directly contributing to enrollment growth
• Create detailed reports, providing insights for continuous system improvement
• Extremely motivated, proactive, results-oriented, with a hunger for growth
• Excellent communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a positive mindset
• Fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Italian (C2)
• Able to work autonomously, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup
