Easypeasy is seeking a proactive Language Learning Advisor to guide prospective students through discovery calls, assess English levels, and support onboarding in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will drive enrollment growth, produce detailed performance reports, and collaborate remotely with the founding team for accelerated professional growth.

Formación

• Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2) are required.
• Other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations with prospects throughout the working schedule, understanding their needs and assessing their English level
• Guide potential students through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience
• Achieve assigned targets, directly contributing to enrollment growth
• Create detailed reports, providing insights for continuous system improvement
• Extremely motivated, proactive, results-oriented, with a hunger for growth
• Excellent communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a positive mindset
• Fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Italian (C2)
• Able to work autonomously, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup
