Colliers is seeking a hybrid role that blends responsibilities in Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence activities. The candidate will support the research team, manage datasets, and produce market maps, reports and presentations.

Collaboration with Data Analytics will enhance data collection and automation efforts, leveraging AI to improve insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, interest in real estate and technology, and fluency in Italian

Competenze

• Native Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English.
• Strong interest in Data Centers, Land and Real Estate markets.
• Interest in data analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Hybrid role combining responsibilities in Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence activities.

Support market intelligence activities, working closely with colleagues across Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics functions. Curiosity, attention to detail, interest in Real Estate and technology, and ability to translate market information into clear and actionable insights are essential.

Your Activities

• Cross‑support all activities of the research team.
• Collect and analyse property market data through the management of datasets.
• Develop market outputs through the production of market maps, reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve data collection, validation and management processes.
• Support the development of automated research workflows and database maintenance activities.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance market research, data intelligence and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Data Centers, Land and Real Estate markets.
• Interest in data analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies.
• Native Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar analytical tools would be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
