Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH is seeking a collaborative professional in Milan to blend logistics and data center market intelligence with research support. The role focuses on translating market data into actionable insights, working with Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics teams.

The ideal candidate has a passion for data analytics, real estate markets, and emerging AI technologies, with native Italian or C1 level proficiency and strong English, plus solid Office and BI

• Strong interest in Data Centers, Land and Real Estate markets.
• Interest in data analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies.
• Native Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar analytical tools would be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.

Who You Are

The resource will have a hybrid role combining responsibilities in Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with strong communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will support market intelligence activities, working closely with colleagues across Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics functions. Curiosity, attention to detail, an interest in Real Estate and technology, and the ability to translate market information into clear and actionable insights are essential characteristics for this role.
