Colliers International MEA is seeking a proactive professional to join the hybrid role combining Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence. You will support market intelligence activities across Research, Brokerage, and Data Analytics, translating market information into clear insights.

The role emphasizes data management, automation, and collaboration with Analytics teams, leveraging AI tools and Power BI for market outputs.

Competenze

• Native Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL, Power Automate or similar analytical tools is a plus.
• Interest in Data Centers, Land and Real Estate markets.

Who You Are

The resource will have a hybrid role combining responsibilities in Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with Market Intelligence activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual with strong communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will support market intelligence activities, working closely with colleagues across Research, Brokerage and Data Analytics functions. Curiosity, attention to detail, an interest in Real Estate and technology, and the ability to translate market information into clear and actionable insights are essential characteristics for this role.
