Colliers in Milan is seeking a proactive Market Intelligence Analyst blending Logistics and Data Center Real Estate with research responsibilities. You will support the research team, manage datasets, produce market maps, reports and presentations, and collaborate with Data Analytics to improve data collection and automated workflows.

Fluent Italian (native or C1) with good English, strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in Power BI, Python and SQL will help translate market data into clear

• Native Italian speaker or C1 level; good knowledge of English.
• Experience with data centers, land and real estate markets.
• Experience in data analytics, automation and emerging AI technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Cross-support all activities of the research team.
• Collecting and analysing property market data through the management of datasets.
• Develop market outputs through the production of market maps, reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve data collection, validation and management processes.
