Lumina cerca professionisti Labour Consultant per supportare aziende clienti in materia di lavoro, tasse e sicurezza sociale. L’équipe lavora in un contesto dinamico e orientato alla crescita, offrendo consulenza specializzata e audit su contratti e gare.

La posizione è rivolta a profili con oltre 5 anni di esperienza, una solida conoscenza dei CCNL e una gestione autonoma del ciclo payroll, con disponibilità a collaborare in regime ibrido e con proposta economica competitiva.

Competenze

• Iscrizione all'Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Labour Consultant in una consulenza o outsourcing.
• Almeno 3 anni di payroll hands-on e gestione autonoma del ciclo completo.
• Esperienza nella gestione di clienti di medie e grandi dimensioni.
• Conoscenza dei CCNL principali in settori commercio-servizi, metalmeccanica, artigianato, ENPALS, costruzioni, contratti pubblici.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese e di Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Gestire un portafoglio di aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni, inclusi clienti internazionali.
• Fornire supporto quotidiano, orientamento pratico e soluzioni ai clienti su temi di lavoro e payroll.
• Riferire al team payroll e colleghi come punto di riferimento di riferimento.
• Condividere expertise come relatore in webinar ed eventi per i clienti.
• Eseguire audit relativi a gare d'appalto e procedure di contrattualizzazione.
• Aggiornarsi costantemente sulle modifiche normative del lavoro e supportare i clienti.

The opportunity

For our teams in Milano, Lodi, Lecce, Bologna, Novara, Rivoli, and Roma, we're looking for Labour Consultants who will become trusted partners for our clients, providing ongoing support, expert advice, and practical guidance on labour, tax, social security, and welfare matters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of medium-sized and large companies, including international clients.
• Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and practical solutions to clients on labour and payroll matters.
• Act as a trusted point of reference for our payroll teams and colleagues.
• Share your expertise as a speaker in webinars and events for our clients.
• Carry out audits related to public procurement and contracting procedures.
• Keep up to date with changes in labour legislation and help clients navigate regulatory developments.

What You'll Bring

• At least 5 years of experience as a Labour Consultant, gained within a labour consultancy firm or an outsourcing company.
• Registration with the Italian Register of Labour Consultants (Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro).
• At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, with the ability to independently manage the entire payroll cycle.
• Proven experience managing medium-size and large clients.
• Strong knowledge of the main Italian National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL), particularly in the Commerce & Services, Metalworking, Craft, Chemical, Entertainment (ENPALS), Construction, and Public Contracts sectors.
• Good command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Zucchetti payroll software is a plus.

What We Offer

Work locations: Milan, Lodi, Lecce, Rome, Bologna, Rivoli, or Novara

Working model: Hybrid

Type of collaboration: Self-employed / VAT-registered professional (P. IVA)

Monthly budget: €3,000-€5,000, to be agreed upon during the contract negotiation.
