GSK invites ambitious students to join the GVGH Laboratory Operations internship starting November 2026 in Siena, Italy. This extracurricular placement offers hands-on experience in laboratory operations, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration under expert supervision.

You will learn end-to-end equipment lifecycle management, inventory control, electronic records, and EHS compliance while working with teams across Scientific Functions, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality.

Competenze

Master's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field.
Understanding of Laboratory operations and EHS principles.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, motivated, and multitasking mindset.
Experience with AI tools and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint is a plus.
Ability to work in transversal cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

Support GVGH Laboratory Operations with routine activities under supervision.
Assist in documentation, inventory, and equipment lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with Scientific Functions, Engineering, Maintenance, Facility, Procurement, Quality, EHS and External Contractors.
Contribute to cross-functional meetings and follow-up actions.
