Inventronics is seeking a Laboratory Manager for its Treviso facility. You will lead the Approbation Laboratory, coordinate test activities with R&D and DQA, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards while maintaining independence and traceability of measurements.

Responsibilities include managing calibration, updating equipment, training staff, and approving test reports within a global team. This permanent role focuses on maintaining high-quality laboratory operations in Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in electronic, electrical, or physics engineering.
• Substantial experience (>4 years) in similar laboratory testing activities; ISO 17025 knowledge required.
• Strong understanding of measurement methods and calibration validity.
• Experience with international teams and travel is low.

Mansioni

• Coordinate laboratory team technically and hierarchically during tests.
• Collaborate with R&D and DQA to define test plans.
• Keep lab up to date with applicable standards.
• Ensure proper use and calibration of lab equipment.
