Elemaster Group seeks an EMC Test Laboratory Manager to lead daily operations of its EMC testing lab, coordinating engineers and technicians while ensuring ISO 17025 compliance. The role includes planning, reporting, and offering technical input to sales and marketing teams.

Based in Italy, the position emphasizes customer-focused delivery, project management, and continuous improvement with an international development perspective.

Competenze

• Degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as an EMC technician in industrial, medical, or railway sectors.
• Knowledge of IEC 61000-6-x, IEC 60601-1-2, EN 50121-3-2, IEC 61000-4-x basics.
• Experience in team and project management.
• Good English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Daily operational management of the EMC test laboratory.
• Coordination of technical staff (technicians and engineers).
• Planning and allocation of project activities.
• Monitoring of project progress and delivery timelines.
• Preparation of technical and progress reports for clients and internal management.
