Lectra Italia SpA is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to lead the Kubix Link deployment for fashion clients in Italy. You will drive requirements gathering, design, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, product, and customer teams.

This is a hybrid role based in Milan with periodic travel across Italy. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in enterprise software deployments (PLM/PDM/ERP/CRM), with strong stakeholder and project

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience including enterprise software implementations such as PLM/PDM/ERP/CRM.
• Experience in fashion industry is a plus with broad lifecycle coverage.

Mansioni

• Engage with clients to identify needs and define high-level requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical designs.
• Facilitate alignment between design and development based on requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
• Verify technical feasibility and support UAT.
• Train the client team on the implemented solution and post go-live support.
• Manage project timelines and resources.
• Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and building trust.
• Communicate with stakeholders and establish governance.
• Lead project kick-offs and ensure timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
• Monitor progress and readiness for each phase.
• Define project scope with solution consultants and development teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage Change Requests and project budget.
• Report on project status.
