Lectra in Milan is seeking a Solution Consultant for Kubix Link to lead customer projects from requirements through delivery and go-live. You will translate business needs into functional designs, align with development teams, and ensure successful implementation across industry sectors.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in enterprise software implementations (PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM). Travel across Italy is expected.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Engage with clients to identify needs and define high-level requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Facilitate alignments between design and development.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
• Verify feasibility and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Train client project teams on the implemented solution and hypercare.
• Manage project timelines, budget, and resources.
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Report on project status and governance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
