Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Knitwear & Jersey Final Quality Controller to join our team in Padernello di Paese (TV), Italy. You will supervise final quality across tricot and jersey garments in our Knitwear Hub, ensuring the highest standards for commissioned pieces and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of outerwear construction, a proactive, detail-driven mindset, and the ability to coordinate with HQ and local Moncler staff. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of outerwear products, tricot and jersey garments.
• Knowledge of down-jackets is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of final quality control processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organization, in the same or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• High degree of autonomy.
• Availability to work shifts.

The Final Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring final quality control by supervising our garments in our Knitwear Hub. The person will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of the commissioned garments, with a specific focus on tricot and jersey products.

Your Impact

• Verifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garment, as well as tricot and jersey products
• Final Quality Control of products within the established timeframes
