Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Knitwear & Jersey Final Quality Controller to join our team in Padernello di Paese (TV). The role involves supervising garments in our Knitwear Hub to ensure final quality, with a focus on tricot and jersey products.

The candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fashion & luxury multinational, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts and a high degree of autonomy are required; relocation support is

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of outerwear products, including tricot and jersey garments.
• Knowledge of down-jackets is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of final quality control processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury multinational organization in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High degree of autonomy.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control garment final quality.
• Verify construction and fit of Outerwear, tricot and jersey products.
• Perform final quality checks within established timeframes.
• Coordinate with HQ and Moncler employees.
