KKDC Italia in Milan is looking for an Office Assistant Intern to support various projects and assist the sales team in administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Italian, detail-oriented, and proactive.

The role includes preparing quotations, managing correspondence, and assisting with goods dispatch. This internship is an opportunity to work in a multicultural environment within a respected global lighting company.

Competenze

• Graduate or about to graduate, preferably in Business, Design, or Engineering.
• 0-1 year working experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Korean language will be considered as a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare quotations, charts, and reports to support the sales team.
• Receive and dispatch the goods and parcels.

POSITION AND DEPARTMENT

KKDC is an established lighting manufacturer producing a wide range of specialist LED lighting solutions for high-end architectural markets worldwide. Research, development and manufacturing take place at our R&D Centre facility in Seoul, South Korea, with UK based design and marketing collaboration. KKDC benefits from a global & European sales base in London alongside dedicated sales teams across the globe with offices situated in Auckland, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kyoto, London, Milan, Paris, New York, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Taiwan, Tokyo and Toronto.

KKDC Italy, founded in 2016 in Milan, is one of KKDC Sales Branches based in Europe. With its multicultural team, KKDC Italy is aiming to provide immediate sales & technical support to our Italian and Swiss Lighting design professionals and French Key Account clients. After 9 years of operation, KKDC Italy has built a very positive local reputation and got involved in more than 400 lighting projects all over the world.

As part of KKDC Italy branch, you will give support for KKDC projects developed in Korea, China, and UK, US, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and Japan.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare quotations, charts and reports to support sales team
• Receive and dispatch the goods and parcels
• Support administration whenever necessary
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• Details oriented
• Flexible
• Excellent relationship/team skills
• Ideally full-time

YOUR PROFILE:

• Graduate/ About to graduate, preferably in Business, Design, Engineering is preferred
• 0-1 year working experience
• Fluent English and Italian
• Korean language will be considered as a plus
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Used to Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
