Job summary

Experimental Roma is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the restaurant and kitchen teams in Rome. You will wash dishes and kitchenware, help with basic prep, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service, including waste handling and storage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment used during service and storing properly.
• Cleaning kitchen areas and back-of-house spaces and clearing waste.
• Assisting the kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place.
• Packaging and unpackaging food products.
• Applying and respecting hygiene and safety regulations.
• Sorting and transporting waste to designated containers.
• Clearing and emptying plates and dishes and emptying trash bins.
