Massive Bio is seeking a Key Account Manager based in Italy to expand our physician network and drive clinical trial patient referrals. You will engage with oncologists, urologists, and related specialists, traveling across Italy to secure appointments and build lasting relationships.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in oncology/pharma settings, a strong Italian physician network, and fluency in English and Italian. Living in Italy is required; senior freelance CRA background is a strong advantage.
Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager based in Italy to help expand Massive Bio’s physician network and support clinical trial patient referral growth in the market.
This role requires a strong field-based profile with direct access to physicians and the ability to secure appointments efficiently. We are particularly interested in candidates who know the Italian landscape well and can build relationships with individual physicians through an affiliate-style or business development approach.
Profiles with senior freelance CRA experience, or other physician-facing experience in oncology-related settings, are especially relevant. Knowledge of bladder cancer and the related physician environment in Italy is strongly preferred.
