Job summary

K-Way is seeking a motivated Site Merchandising Intern to support the ecommerce team in optimizing the online customer journey and driving sales performance. The role offers hands-on experience in online visual merchandising, promotions, and product page optimization.

You will work with PIM and Commerce systems, align product visibility with commercial goals, and gain exposure to data analysis and performance insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in ecommerce, digital retail, and online visual merchandising.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of online visual merchandising, ensuring products are presented in line with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
• Assist in setting up and managing promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches across the website.
• Monitor PLP and PDP to ensure accurate sorting, categorization, and content.
• Coordinate with marketing, ecommerce, and buying teams to align product visibility with commercial objectives.
• Analyze basic performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Ensure site content is up to date, accurate, and visually compelling.
• Work on PIM and Commerce systems.

• Analyze basic performance metrics (conversion, sell-through, product visibility) and provide insights for optimization.
• Ensure site content is up to date, accurate, and visually compelling.
• Work on PIM and Commerce systems.
