BizAway is seeking a driven Junior Travel Agent - Categorie protette (L.68/99) (m/w/d) with experience in customer care to deliver seamless travel experiences.

You will handle reservations via our platform, respond to client requests by phone, chat, and email, and input customer data to finalize bookings. The role requires 2+ years in travel, GDS knowledge, and French (B2+). Hybrid work with a 2-3 day office presence is offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in travel industry
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or local travel agency experience
• Fluent written and spoken French (B2+)
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

Mansioni

• Make reservations for clients through the platform and provider
• Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and email
• Enter customer information to issue or update bookings
• Explain rules and procedures of the platform and service
• Explain rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)
