BizAway is seeking a driven Junior Travel Agent - Categorie protette (L.68/99) (m/w/d) with experience in customer care call centers to resolve client concerns and deliver a seamless travel experience.

You will make reservations via our platform, respond to client requests by phone, chat, or email, enter customer data to issue or update bookings, and explain service rules for accommodation, transport and more.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2+).
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.

Mansioni

• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)
