BizAway is seeking a driven Junior Travel Agent (L.68/99) with experience in customer care call centers to resolve client concerns and deliver a seamless travel experience.

You will handle client requests via phone, chat, and email, make reservations through our Platform, and update bookings while explaining service rules. The role offers a permanent contract, hybrid work, and opportunities in a fast-growing international team.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in Travel Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up).
• Availability to work in shifts (including night shift 22:00–07:00).
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.

Mansioni

• Make a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider.
• Respond to Client requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests via our platform.
• Enter customer information in our system to issue reservations or update bookings.
• Explain rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform.
• Explain service rules (hotel, car, train, etc.).
