Job summary

CMCC Foundation in Bologna seeks a Junior Communication and Training Specialist to design, organise and deliver training initiatives online and in person. You will produce editorial and multimedia content to raise visibility of ATEC activities and CMCC projects, and support webinars, podcasts and learning platforms.

The role collaborates with the DCC-CR network and European projects on ocean resilience. You will manage enrolments, prepare materials, and ensure accessibility and learner

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication sciences, semiotics, media studies, digital communication, education sciences or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in communication and/or design and delivery of training activities.
• Experience in designing and organising e-learning and in-person courses, including digital learning platforms and learner support.
• Proven ability to produce multimedia content (web copy, graphics, video and audio editing).
• Hands-on experience in managing websites (CMS such as WordPress).
• Experience in organising and moderating webinars, workshops and events.
• Strong interest in ocean science, coastal resilience and science communication.
• Motivation to work in a multicultural, high-paced environment; proactive team player with strong Italian and English (B2/C1).
• Nice-to-have: experience in European/national projects and familiarity with SEO/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CMCC’s education, training and outreach activities within the Partner Alliance Network.
• Design, organise and implement e-learning, blended and in-person training on ocean monitoring and digital twins.
• Coordinate courses: enrolments, agendas, materials, certificates, tutoring and trainer support.
• Design and maintain digital learning environments and course pages on LMS.
• Organise training logistics in Italy and abroad with admin offices.
• Produce editorial and multimedia content for CMCC projects.
• Manage websites, newsletters and social media, monitor engagement.
• Moderate webinars, online sessions and hybrid events; provide editorial/technical support for audiovisual and podcast content.
• Assist in collecting feedback and evaluating training activities.
