Job summary

CMCC Foundation in Bologna seeks a Junior Communication and Training Specialist to design, organise and deliver training and education initiatives both online and in person. You will produce communication and multimedia content and support capacity-building programs linked to European projects on ocean digital twins and coastal resilience.

The role requires proficiency in Italian and English (at least B2/C1), familiarity with learning platforms, and strong coordination skills in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication sciences, semiotics, media studies, digital communication, education sciences or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in communication and/or design and delivery of training activities.
• Experience designing and organising e-learning and in-presence courses, with platform setup, tutorship and learner support.
• Proven ability to produce multimedia content: web copy, graphics, photos, videos and audio.

Responsibilities

• Support education, training and outreach activities including online and in-person formats.
• Design and deliver training programmes on coastal resilience and digital twins of the ocean.
• Organise courses, enrolment, calendars, materials, certificates, and tutoring.
• Design and maintain digital learning environments and course pages (LMS).
• Organise logistics for trainings in Italy and abroad, including travel and venues.
• Produce editorial and multimedia content to raise visibility of CMCC activities.
• Manage project websites, newsletters and social media; monitor engagement.
• Moderate webinars and hybrid events; support audiovisual and podcast content production.
• Support feedback collection and evaluation to improve offerings.
• Prepare reports, briefings and presentations for internal and external bodies.
