Job summary

KPMG Studio Associato in Turin is seeking a Tax professional to join the Tax Department. You will work on domestic and international taxation issues, supporting clients and the firm on complex challenges in a dynamic regulatory environment.

A post‑graduate specialization in Tax Law would be a definite plus and you will have opportunities to advance your career through training and international projects. You will collaborate with senior advisers on cross‑border projects, develop expertise in tax

Qualifications

• Master's degree with final grade at least 100/110.
• Certified Chartered Accountant or Lawyer or plan to begin professional training.
• Good command of English; international exposure preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and provide ongoing advice to companies.
• Express opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax).
• Analyse taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions).
• Tax compliance.

Specifically you will be tasked with:

• Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;
• Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);
• Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
• Tax compliance.

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) or Law (LMG 01) with a final grade of at least 100/110
• You are either a certifiedChartered Accountant/Lawyeror intend to begin the professional training
• You have agood command of English, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad
• You have a good working knowledge of Office tools, especiallyExcel and PowerPoint
• You possess strong interpersonal andteamworking skills
