Job summary

TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Junior IT Systems & Digitalization Specialist to join a major international Aerospace client in the Varese area. You will work on IT infrastructure management, technical support, and business process digitalization within a dynamic, international setting.

The role offers exposure to server/network administration, application integration, dashboards, and cybersecurity compliance with ISO 27001/NIS2.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Interest in software development, automation, and systems integration.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, networks, and Windows/Linux systems.
• Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Contribute to the analysis and optimization of business processes through digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Assist in the integration of applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, digital forms, and basic web applications.
• Contribute to the administration of user accounts, mobile devices, printers, and other IT services.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance activities related to ISO 27001 and NIS2 requirements.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, ISO 27001, and NIS2 requirements
• Exposure to ERP systems, business applications, or ticketing platforms, including through academic projects
