Hitachi Rail è alla ricerca di un Junior System Engineer da inserire nel Dipartimento di Ingegneria. La posizione è basata a Pistoia o Napoli, con laurea magistrale in ingegneria e conoscenze di sistemi. È previsto lavoro in contesto internazionale e occasionali trasferte.

La retribuzione annua lorda è tra 33.000€ e 38.000€, con livello di inquadramento B1. Si privilegia una breve esperienza nel settore ferroviario e capacità di lavoro in team.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in ingegneria (preferenza Electrical/Electronics).
• Conoscenza dell’inglese (B2) scritto e parlato.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare a livello nazionale/internazionale.
• Esperienza nel settore ferroviario (1–2 anni) è gradita.

Mansioni

• Preparare System Requirements Specifications (SyRS).
• Definire e gestire interfacce di sistema lungo tutto il lifecycle del progetto.
• Analizzare documentazione tecnica proveniente dai fornitori.
• Preparare e verificare disegni/specifiche di installazione/integrazione di sistema.
• Condurre revisioni di progetto interne e con i fornitori.
• Preparare Functional Requirements Specifications e Functional Test Specifications.
• Partecipare a test di tipo e revisioni di rapporti di test.
• Supportare integrazione a bordo, test di performance e validazione.
• Rivedere documentazione di progetto con clienti e fornitori.
• Garantire conformità a requisiti input, standard ferroviari e limiti di progetto.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Junior System Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks within our Rolling Stock Engineering Department. The position is based in Pistoia or Napoli - IT.

Accountabilities

• Prepare System Requirements Specifications (SyRS)
• Define and manage system interfaces (both internal and external) throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Analyze and assess technical documentation from Suppliers
• Prepare and verify system installation/integration drawings/specifications
• Conduct design reviews (both internal and with suppliers) for the assigned onboard systems, under the supervision of relevant Engineering Managers and Project Engineers
• Prepare Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), as well as Functional Test Specifications (FTS) (including performance tests) for the assigned onboard systems
• Attend at system stand-alone type test and review of type test reports
• Support onboard integration, performance testing and validation phases
• Review design documentation with customers and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with input requirements, international railway regulations and standards and project constraints (time, cost, quality)
• Prepare the documentation required for vehicle approval and support the homologation phase

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of system engineering and requirements management disciplines
• Basic knowledge of design verification and validation methodologies
• Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering disciplines
• Good knowledge of office automation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, international and multicultural environment
• Good organizational skills, alongside team-working, problem-solving and results-driven mindset
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers, partners, customers)
• Ability to work within project teams under minimal supervision
• Availability for occasional short-term national and international business trips

Desired Skills/ Knowledge

• Minimum experience (1-2 years) in the Railway sector or in complex industrial environments
• Basic knowledge of the main railway regulations and standards
• Basic knowledge of IBM DOORS requirements management tool
• Basic knowledge of engineering processes and railway operations
• Basic knowledge of RAMS discipline
• Basic knowledge of electrical / mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Creo, Catia, etc.)
• Fast learner with strong willingness to stay up to date with technological developments
• Good business acumen combined with solid technical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education/Qualifications

Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics disciplines preferred).

Languages

Knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level).

Proponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 € e 38.000 €.
