Indosuez Wealth Management is seeking a resource to actively participate in deploying its business offering in real estate finance, corporate finance, and Lombard/securities based lending. The role involves supporting the local team, preparing analyses and financing papers, and interacting with Risk, Legal, and Wealth Managers.

• Expertise in financial statement analysis and creditworthiness assessment
• Ability to work in synergy with the Team
• Ability to meet deadlines and to be accountable for individual projects with increasing independence
• Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn, sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Real Estate Finance is a plus

Mansioni

• Analyze clients' and prospects' financial situations to determine suitable financing strategies
• Prepare analyses, reports, pitch-books, term sheets, and related materials for clients and prospects
• Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests
• Interact with Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal, and other divisions during credit processes
• Assist in deal execution and documentation of projects
• Document activities and maintain regular reporting on projects
• Capture client needs considering financial, professional, and personal aspects
• Identify and manage risks and compliance issues per national and international regulations

The resource will actively participate in the deployment of the business offering (residential and commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, lombard/securities based lending, HoldCo finance), supporting the local team in the day-by-day activities.

Main tasks:

• Analyze the financial situation of clients and / or prospects and assess which extraordinary financial strategy best fits their needs.
• Prepare analyses, reports, marketing pitch-books, term sheets and related materials to be delivered to clients and prospects.
• Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests.
• Interact with other key divisions of the Bank along the credit process (Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal Team etc.)
• Assist in the execution of deals.
• Document projects and activities through a structured and regular reporting.
• Document and maintain the knowledge of the financial situation and the needs of the Client, taking into account at the same time financial, professional and personal aspects.
• Identify and manage all risks and compliance issues for the client and the bank, based on latest regulation given by competent national and international Authorities as well as the Group.

The resource will be exposed to a challenging and rapidly changing international environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, relating to several key people within the organization, and meeting tight deadlines. It's a good opportunity to discover the world of Wealth Management, in particular on the structured financing side, from the perspective of one of the most active international banks in this market.

Requirements:

• Expertise in financial statement analysis and creditworthiness assessment
• Ability to work in synergy with the Team
• Ability to match deadlines and to be accountable for individual projects to be developed with a good and increasing degree of independecy
• Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn, sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of Office tools, in particular Power Point and Excel; Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of the Real Estate Finance business would be considered a plus
