LHH is seeking an Investment Specialist for a single-family office client. The role involves evaluating, underwriting and executing investments across Private Markets (Real Estate and Private Equity) and Public Markets (equities, fixed income, structured products).

For our client, single family office of a primary italian family, we are looking for:

INVESTMENT SPECIALIST

They will be directly involved in evaluation, underwriting and execution of investments in Private Markets (mainly Real Estate and Private Equity) and Public Markets (equity, fixed income & structured products). They will work directly with Real Estate and Private & Public Markets head of.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of Real Estate, Private Equity and Capital Markets investments by assisting senior investment professionals in underwriting, due diligence and financial analysis;
• Support transaction execution and coordination across multiple investment vehicles and counterparties;
• Manage relationships with external service providers, including legal advisors, tax advisors, fund administrators, banks and other counterparties involved in investment structures and transactions;
• Monitor investment vehicles and portfolio companies, preparing investment materials, performance analyses, cash flow monitoring and reporting for senior management;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment and operational processes, helping to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of transaction execution across multiple asset classes.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience gained within buy-side investment platforms, Private Equity, Family Offices, Alternative Investment Managers or Investment Advisory environments;
• Solid financial analysis and underwriting skills, with the ability to review business plans, perform due diligence activities and support investment decision-making across multiple asset classes;
• Understanding of investment structures, funds, SPVs and transaction execution processes, ideally with exposure to the Luxembourg financial ecosystem;
• Strong coordination and project management capabilities, with experience interacting with external stakeholders such as legal advisors, tax consultants, fund administrators, lenders and service providers;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity and flexibility, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and non-hierarchical environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation package: €60,000 - €80,000 fixed salary + annual bonus of up to 60% of base salary.
