The Junior Structured Credits & Real Estate Analyst role at Indosuez Wealth Management in Milano involves analyzing client financials and constructing financing options for residential and commercial real estate. You will prepare credit papers, term sheets, and marketing materials while coordinating with Wealth Managers and risk teams.

The position starts January 2027 under a Volontariat International en Entreprise (V.I.E.) contract, with compliance to regulatory standards.

Competenze

Expertise in financial statement analysis and creditworthiness assessment.
Ability to work in synergy with the Team.
Ability to meet deadlines with increasing independence.
Proactivity, accuracy, desire to learn and sense of responsibility.
Excellent command of Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
Fluency in English.

Mansioni

Participate in deployment of the business offering in real estate and finance.
Analyze financial situations of clients and assess suitable strategies.
Prepare analyses, reports, term sheets and pitch books for clients.
Prepare credit papers and financing transaction requests.
Interact with Wealth Managers, Risk, Legal and other divisions.
Assist in execution of deals.
Document projects with regular reporting.
Maintain knowledge of clients' financial needs and risks per regulatory standards.
