Job summary

Smart Energies Transition is seeking a junior PV project developer to manage development phases, coordinate with the tech department, and lead fundraising activities for industrial solar projects.

You will support the International Project Manager-Italy in development, financing, and management of energy generation initiatives, collaborating with external consultants and suppliers. A Master's degree and 0–2 years' PV experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management engineering or economics.
• 0–2 years' experience in PV project development.
• Strong teamwork and independent work ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel; flexible working hours.
• Proficient with Excel and Office suite.
• Italian and English at technical level; French appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage PV project development: feasibility, authorizations, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the technical department and evaluate project opportunities.
• Manage external studies and partner network; secure licenses.
• Support International Project Manager-Italy in development, financing and management.
• Prepare applications and fundraising materials.
