RINA Consulting S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Software Quality Engineer to join the Rome team within the Operating Engine division.

The role focuses on ensuring production processes and products meet the highest quality standards, inspecting documents, verifying tests, and managing non-conformities. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, with experience in quality control/assurance and familiarity with MIL-STD-498 and MIL-STD-2167A.

RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Software Quality Engineer to join its team in Roma within theOperating EngineDivision.

Mission

The Software Quality Engineer in the aerospace and defense sector focuses on ensuring that the production processes and products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting production documents, verifying testing steps, managing non-conformities. Additionally, you will perform process validations in accordance with standards and the company quality. #LI-FS1

Key Accountabilities

Compensation Data

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30,000 and €35,000and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
