Keysight Technologies is seeking a recently graduated electrical/telecommunication engineer for an apprenticeship as a Solution Engineer in Italy. You will support pre- and post-sales activities, participate in customer training, and contribute to solutions for Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Energy and Wireless sectors.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering or Physics, have basic RF/microwave knowledge, and are fluent in Italian and English.

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Basic knowledge of RF & microwave and wireless PHY standards.

Mansioni

• Provide technical pre- and post-sales support.
• Assist in sales presentations at events and deliver customer trainings.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers and customers in Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Energy and Wireless markets.

Responsibilities

The Solution Engineer works very close to our Sales Engineers and plays an important role to anticipate customer test challenges and find the best solution for their measurement applications. The responsibility includes technical pre-and post-sales support, sales presentations on marketing events and delivery of customer training.

The customers are accounts in the Aerospace & Defence and Communication Industry as well as Universities and Geographic mid-size and start-up companies.

Technical pre and post-sale support in different market segments such as Aerospace and Defense, Automotive and Energy and Wireless with focus on emerging technologies (e.g. 6G and ORAN).

Qualifications

Requirements

• Recently graduated with master’s degree in Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering, Physics or equivalent course of study
• Basic knowledge of RF & Microwave
• Basic knowledge of Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes
• Basic Knowledge of wireless PHY standards like 5G, LTE, WLAN
• Fluent in Italian and English
