Job Level: Manufacturing Technician (Advanced)
Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Technician (Advanced) to join the Protocol Center of Excellence (CoE) in Milan. This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing, troubleshooting, repair, and qualification activities for advanced wireless communication systems and RF-based products.
The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Service, and NPI teams to ensure products meet Keysight's high standards for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong hands‑on technical skills, particularly in hardware troubleshooting and repair of RF modules and complex electronic assemblies, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys solving complex hardware issues, working with advanced RF technologies, and supporting manufacturing excellence. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and operational improvement.
Salary Range (Italy): €30,260.00 – €50,430.00 gross annual
While posted at a specific level, this role may be filled at a different level based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications. Compensation will be aligned with the final level of the role.
