Lexroom.ai in Milan is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to expand and maintain our legal database and AI-powered platform. You will design and implement web scrapers with Python and Scrapy, collaborating with Legal Engineers to translate domain needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 0–3 years of experience, and fluency in Italian/English. The role offers hybrid work from our Milan HQ and growth opportunities in a fast-growing legal AI company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 0–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual Italian/English.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain web scrapers using Python, Scrapy, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to identify requirements and develop internal tools.
• Work closely with Legal Engineers to translate legal-domain needs into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain backend systems and data pipelines to support NLP and data processing.
