BW Water, now part of De Nora Water Technologies, is seeking a Junior Project Manager based in Milan to lead planning, coordination, and execution of water treatment plant and pipeline projects. You will own assigned projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and ensure delivery in time, cost, quality and safety.

Supported by experienced project managers, you will drive project execution and develop your leadership skills while collaborating across Europe in a hybrid work

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or comparable technical qualification.
• First experience in project management of industrial plant or infrastructure projects.
• Experience budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customers, engineering, procurement, construction teams, and subcontractors.
• Manage interfaces between internal departments and external partners.
• Act as key contact for customers and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Ensure project schedules, resources, and daily activities are managed and aligned with objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery; maintain documentation and reporting.
