Gradiant is seeking a Project Engineer in Milan to manage design and technical execution of complex primary and wastewater treatment plants for industrial applications. You will oversee detailed design, coordinate with clients, and support technical documentation and project interfaces.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering and 4+ years in the water treatment sector, with fluency in Italian and English and travel willingness.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, or similar fields).
4+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the industrial water treatment sector.
Fluent in Italian and English; willingness for targeted business travel.

Mansioni

Review client technical documentation and requirements.
Autonomous management of engineering documentation (Basic & Detailed Design).
Support drafting of technical documentation (P&IDs, mass balances, plant layout).
Coordinate with clients during meetings and manage project documentation.
