Currie & Brown Group Limited is seeking a Project Manager to support design and construction phases of multi-site design and fit-out projects. You will coordinate with client teams, designers, contractors, FM and building management to deliver projects on time and to budget.

The role emphasizes proactive teamwork, strong communication, risk and cost awareness, and delivering outputs accurately. Previous experience in education sector fit-out projects and risk management qualifications are

Competenze

• Technical delivery experience in the construction industry.
• Strong writing, client-facing and communication skills.
• Well-organised, diligent, proactive and commercially astute.
• Team player with a can-do attitude, diplomatic and flexible.
• BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in education sector environment advantageous.
• Experience of fit-out projects.
• Risk management qualifications or experience.

Mansioni

• Support the project lead in managing the design and construction phases of the design and fit-out of multi-site projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders from client and customer teams including property services, designers, contractors, FM and building management and security consultants.
• Lead the coordination of the design of the customer fit-out against the client’s design guides and constraints.
• Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Assume a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure information is available for successful completion; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient financial control
• Assist with commercial management services
• Deliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide support to the team leader/service leaders in cost management of projects
• Represent the company professionally to form strong client relationships
