Recordati in Italy’s Consumer Health unit seeks a Junior Product Manager to support brand strategies, lifecycle management, and product launches. You will collaborate across functions impacting development, manufacturing, sales, and support of products.

The role requires 2–3 years in a data-driven marketing team (FMCG/Consumer Health preferred) and an economics/business-related degree; Italian native language is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or international experience is a plus.
• 2–3 years in a structured, data-driven marketing team (preferably FMCG/Consumer Health).

Responsabilités

• Support the development of a strong consumer/patient marketing plan.
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer/patient insights.
• Monitor trends and competitive landscape using sales and IQVIA data.
• Develop deep patient/consumer knowledge and share with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to product innovation and renovation aligned with insights and time to market.
• Organize promotional/in-store activities to stimulate sell-out.
