Job summary

ERG Media is seeking a junior video editor to craft performance-focused ad content for paid channels, primarily Meta. You will collaborate with the in-house videographer and marketing team to turn shoot footage, product shots and archive material into compelling short-form ads that stop the scroll and drive sales.

The role requires 1–2 years of editing experience or a strong portfolio, proficiency in Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus), and a solid grasp of paid social dynamics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of editing experience, or a strong portfolio of social and ad work.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus.
• Understanding of what makes paid social work: hooks, pacing, safe zones and sound-off viewing.
• Ability to work on site at our central London office.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads for Meta in formats 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 (Reels/Stories).
• Cut multiple variations and hooks for testing.
• Add motion graphics, captions, text overlays and sound design to brand standards.
• Turn briefs around quickly and incorporate feedback from team and ad performance.
• Keep project files, assets and exports organized.
