Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
• Assist the Business Development team with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships.
• Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.
• Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.
• Assist with market benchmark and research potential prospects, preparing background briefs and use-cases
