A luxury beauty brand is seeking a Sales Manager in Pavia, Italy. Responsibilities include managing retailer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating on the brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or trade marketing within the beauty market, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in English. This role involves some travel across Italy and uses tools like PowerBI for reporting.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Management of a portfolio of national and regional retailers with the objective of reaching the brand sell in and sell out and OP targets
  • Management of the relationship with all key account retailers field teams on the Italian territory (Area Managers)
  • Work closely with the other departments (i.e. Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising and Digital) in the development of Guerlain Italy strategy
  • Management of sell-out reports as preparatory tools for the sales force and sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion
  • Lead the product presentations for the retailers in charge as well as business reviews
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of results versus target and proposing action when necessary.
Profile
  • A previous Sales / Trade Marketing experience within the beauty market is a plus
  • Great communication and relational skills to deal with different clients and stakeholders
  • Customer and relationship focused
  • Analytical skills and result driven approach
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Willingness to travelling in Italy
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
