SGS invites a Global Junior Technical Training Specialist to join our team in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will develop and deliver technical training programs for the medical devices segment, ensuring employees acquire the skills for conformity assessments in a changing regulatory landscape.

The role involves converting material to e-learning modules, supporting CPD activities, and maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge (EU MDR/IVDR/ISO13485/MDSAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in engineering, science, or related fields.
• Experience in designing and delivering training for technical topics.
• Strong communication and collaboration with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for Medical device segment employees.
• Convert training material into e-learning modules and ensure learning outcomes.
• Schedule training sessions and track trainee progression.
