Job summary

Argotec S.r.l. in San Mauro Torinese, Italy, is seeking a Junior Systems and Network Administrator to join the ICT Infrastructure Department.

You will help deploy, maintain and improve Linux-based systems and network infrastructure across the datacenter and campus. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/IT or a high-school diploma with 3+ years of IT experience; strong English; hands-on Linux, Bash, Python, and virtualization knowledge; and a collaborative mindset in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with at least three years of IT experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer and maintain Linux-based systems (physical and virtual).
• Support datacenter and campus network infrastructure management and operation.
• Perform system updates, patches and routine maintenance.
• Automate server and application configurations and scripting.
• Support deployment and operation of virtualization platforms.
• Monitor health, troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and runbooks for operations.
