Job summary

Giorgio Armani S.p.A. invites a Junior Designer to join the Emporio Armani Fashion Design Team.

You will conceptualize and develop new leather collections that resonate with our audience, collaborating closely with Emporio Armani designers to meet quality, functionality and style standards. Qualified candidates have a Fashion Design degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong freehand drawing ability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong freehand drawing ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Procreate.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for fashion and interest in art and visual culture.
• Strong sensitivity to fabrics and garment construction.
• Strong creative mindset.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze seasonal trends and moods.
• Develop leather collections through freehand sketching and design software.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency across product categories.
• Work with Collection Merchandising to align with brand DNA and commercial needs.
• Collaborate with Product Development to bring the collection to fruition.
